Pageflex Sales Coordinator

Position Overview:
Bitstream Inc. is looking for a dynamic individual to serve as Sales Coordinator for its sophisticated industry-leading Pageflex product suite. In this position, you will be responsible for providing sales assistance and coordination to a senior direct sales and pre-sales team to ensure that the needs of all customers and prospective customers are met in a timely and positive manner. You will also be responsible for administering our 25 user Salesforce.com deployment.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Answering and routing inquiries from customers, prospective customers, field sales representatives for Pageflex via telephone and email communications
• Serve as the company wide Salesforce.com administrator and advocate, including data list uploads and extractions, report generation, data cleansing and system maintenance
• Processing orders from channel partners
• Providing high levels of sales support through proactively working with sales people, managers and customers on a daily basis
• Responding to requests quickly and competently, keeping all parties informed of any progress
• Use initiative to implement new and update existing procedures where necessary
• Other general office and sales support duties as required

Requirements include:

Must Have:

• Recent administrative experience with Salesforce.com, preferably Enterprise Edition and a strong interest in hands-on CRM maintenance
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of requests at once
• Superior customer relationship skills and a proactive personality
• Be energetic, dedicated and reliable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Dreamweaver and InDesign
• Basic HTML skills for e-mail blasts and marketing assistance
• Fluency in a second language, especially Spanish
• BS or BA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
