MyFonts Web Designer

Position Overview:
MyFonts, a unit of Bitstream, is seeking a web designer to help with the ongoing development of the the MyFonts website, email newsletters, and print material. The focus is on usability, functionality, and look and feel as experienced by the user.

MyFonts is the premier font reseller and has the most feature-rich font e-commerce website. You can see the kind of things we do at www.myfonts.com. You'll work with developers to implement new features, refine existing features, and solve usability problems. You'll also design type samples for email newsletters.

Requirements include:

• BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent work experience
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
• Familiarity with current HTML and CSS standards
• Passionate about typography
• Can make beautiful type samples
• Able to prioritize work on multiple projects
• Ability to work with tight release schedules
• Can collaborate with team members, but can complete projects individually
